attended june's wedding over the weekend at Conrad. quite blown away actually. everything was so beautifully done up, and she looked amazing! absolutely loved her princessy wedding gown! well, unfortunately i dont have any photos. my little hand-carried bag was too small to fit my lumix.
dinner was quite good actually. i never have high expectations for wedding banquet food. after all, the main focus isnt really the food. but it was really quite good! we didnt have to help ourselves to the main platter that's usually placed in the revolving centre of the table, cos we were served course by course individually. i like the idea! we even had a whole mini abalone each! yummers... and in one week i had 2 servings of sharks fin. one was during dinner with me and dar's families, and one at this wedding. lucky me! *grins*
halfway thru dinner our table mates decided to play drinking games with the wine. and already 3 or 4 were halfway high from the red wine. a few tables away, other colleagues were already tipsy. woohoo~
two wedding videos were showcased. one of how the two of them met and how the love blossomed, and one of the morning pick-up-the-bride mayhem. very sweeeeeet!!! can cry... but i didnt lar. notable part of the videos was the proposal. kenneth proposed at the night safari and even did a tribal dance! that was quite cute lar. now my standards of my own proposal and wedding just got raised a notch. (HINT HINT!!!) heh heh! quite a memorable wedding i must say.
recently got addicted to poupee thanks to mabel and xiuhui. haha its really fun leh! i feel like a little girl again. haha. but im really slow lar. my little poupee girl hasnt had more than 2 changes of outfit till now.
counting down 4 days to koh samui... OHH YESS!!!
