exactly one month ago, i got vaccinated against cervical cancer.
exactly one month later, i get poked again. this time, its anti-flu vaccination.
and one month from today, i have my 2nd cervical cancer jab.
im on a roll with all these jabs. what the hell. anyway if it isnt cos im heading to london and europe, i doubt i'll be getting myself jabbed again. its actually quite dumb. $32 for a 6-month dosage which doesnt exactly 100% protect u from h1n1. like huh? then kena poked for what right? but ah well, if it makes the parents happy, poke lah poke lah!
now my right arm is giving me this tingly (in a bad way) aching sensation. supposed to be normal, but its totally annoying. it feels like my arm is all weak and strengthless. starts trembling the moment i start to do strenuous stuff. this is even worse than my cervical cancer jab. why sia.
$7 for a brazilian later. cheap!!! its some opening special for wax in the city at orchard central.
i am in a holiday mood!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

im counting down 1 more week to my european discovery!!! XD
excited many many~~~
now im extremely torn between getting myself a balenciaga (city) or a miumiu (bow satchel). very torn indeed...
a thousand things to do before i depart!!!
- thinking whether i shld get my hair straightened and coloured. since im gonna do it sooner or later, might as well get it done before the trip???
- eyelash extensions! cos i simply cant imagine waking up in the wee hours of the morning and STILL have the energy to stick on my eyelashes diligently.
- quick mani fix cos by next week i think all my chipping is gonna be super obvious. and i hate going on a trip having ugly nails.
these are all gonna set me back by nearly $300 altogether, even before i leave! gosh. and then i have no idea how much euros i wanna change for 13 days. 3k? of course this doesnt include all my massive shopping cos i'll probably be swiping my card there. not v safe to carry so many euros around anyways.

just came back from a satisfying lunch! now im full and sleepy. haha as usual~ dropped by centrepoint MNG and they were having sales. bought myself a skirt! retail therapy does wonders. $39 after discount... hmmm... not VERY cheap...
had astons prime last night with the crescent gfs! i think we were the noisiest bunch dining there. laughing non stop at almost every topic. at one point i even laughed till i teared. i seriously miss our crescent nonsense. and it seems that everytime the four of us catch up, one of us will be jobless. first it was eeling, then now its tracy. i think im gonna be next.
took a cab home last night and was pleasantly surprised to hear the cab driver speaking in fluent jap on the phone! omg, what are the odds of meeting a cab driver that speaks jap. and it was FLUENT. and when he spoke to me in english, he even had that japanese slang. haha! but weirdly, his name on the display panel was a very chinese name.

i was just counting the months last night, and it hit me! i totally didnt realise the amount of time left for me to spend in singapore is so little! its july now, and come aug i'll be spending like a whole chunk of it in europe. and then sept, oct, and by mid nov i'll be submitting my resignation and getting ready to fly over to idaho for 2 whole long years! OMG~~~
i need to get ready webcam, skype, etc etc... if not im gonna be so bored~~~ yes the beginnings of my 'tai tai' life with hubs in idaho. but i foresee boredom with a capital B! have to find something to do there to make good use of my time. planned to source for good bridal studios to tailor myself a vera wang. hehe! was advised to make my customary wedding gowns in the US as its much more affordable there. then probably have my bridals taken there as well. was hopping around online doing a little research and found this young couple who takes really good shots! imagine having my bridals taken in anaheim disneyland or the grand canyon.... *dreamy look* sounds good huh? haha we'll see... too early to say...
anyway a bit more abt the youngrens! they seem like a really sweet husband and wife duo, totally passionate about what they do. and this passion really shows in the pictures they take. not sure how much they charge though, lets hope its within our budget. hee!

fucking jetstar cut short their promo period. yesterday was the last day and when i wanted to book the tickets in the evening, the promo was gone. FUCKKKKK!!!!!!
might be making an impromptu trip to taipei just for a short and sweet trip. i know, taipei AGAIN. but heck~ $200 nett for a round trip via jetstar? count me in!
this is like holidaying back to back, cos right after i get back from taipei, i'll be leaving for europe in a week's time. YAY! coming up with a long list of what-to-buy but i know i'll just ditch the list when i get there cos id be going on a mad shopping rampage! heard the seasonal sales are happening when im there~ how perfect is the timing really...
im gonna be so damn broke when the holidaying ends!!! tw + europe = the ultimate bank acct draining combination. eat grass for the whole month of sept..

just another weekend with you
after work, on a saturday afternoon. nothing special, but still, enjoyable much :)
lunch at crystal jade kitchen
took a stroll down to ION to take a look. the exterior of the mall was gorgeous!
noticed that the new LV was open so we decided to take a look. luckily when we entered there was no queue at all. the boutique was huge! two storeys full of LV~
watched ICE AGE 3 later on. hilarious! didnt dissapoint at all.
after that was dinner with the family. and then lazed away my sunday. awesome!

bought myself a BB cream. after hearing all the rave about BB creams i decided to give it a shot. took the plunge when the salesgirl told me this was featured on 女人我最大. cant really go wrong with that. heh~
impulsive buys! NUM was having a minor sale for havaianas. and they were also giving away a free tuky tuky with each pair. so we got ourselves each a pair! :D colours were super duper limited. but now i can proclaim my slippers got bling! LOL~
