happy 1 year and 10 months anniversary to us!!!

i totally cant wait for friday to come!!! obviously its cos imma step foot in taiwan soil again!!!

i kinda half planned our 9 days in taiwan yesterday, and my intenary isnt looking very fantastic. i know nuts about kaohsiung except for the fact that i HAVE TO visit 爱河 and 六合夜市. hurhur.

i cant wait to shop my ass off!!! actually my main aim in this taiwan trip is to eat and shop, eat and shop, eat and shop... YESSSSS!!!! hahaha!!!!! *greedy eyes*

my cash definitely will NOT be enough, so im prepared to swipe my card away at the major shopping malls. heh heh heh... gonna shop myself to no end this holiday!!!!!

brother is flying back from sydney tonight.
ktv with the colleagues tomorrow night.
dinner with mine and and dar's family thurs night.

my after office hours are all taken up! and i havent even started packing.

its ok, leave it all to thur night. i hate packing beforehand. then i keep taking stuff out and end up forgetting more stuff. shall just do last min packing on thurs night.

i desperately need a holiday. need to get out of sg pronto!

preparations are midway. scared and excited at the same time.

meanwhile a certain someone's schedule is pissing me off so badly! GRRRR!

weddings upon weddings. one this weekend, another one next month. dar's got another one on his side next month too. ive reached the age when everyone around me' s getting hitched.

they were so ohmyfreakinggod good!
their performances totally gave me the goosebumps.
and im gaga over her outfit! how rocker-cool is she!!! love the boots!!!
the most traumatic part of the performace - having to sit through at least 20 mins of moronic screaming. i was covering my ears and cursing away.

so after the showcase, i brought dar to have dinner at the italian place layhoon had her bday gathering - pizzeria de mario. i was missing the panna cotta too much.

i hate tomatoes but these bruchettas were so good, i didnt mind stuffing the red squishy stuff in my mouth!
angel hair crab pasta sauteed in white wine.
pork sausage and mushrooms in a thin crust pizza.

and of course, the loveliest melt-in-your-mouth panna cotta.

after dinner we decided to walk around to digest the food before we head to cine for madagascar 2. without realising it, we walked from clarke quay area all the way to zouk and then great world city! then we didnt wait for the shuttle bus cos it would be too rush, we took a cab. haha! rubbish right? walk so much then take cab in the end. *rolls eyes* but we had fun getting abit lost! haha!

p/s madagascar 2 is super hilarious!!!!!

i want to go zoukout this year!!! after so many years of missing the event, its time i went for my 'once-in-my-life' zoukout. heh heh heh. its time for me to parrrrttaaaayyyeeeeeee till the sun comes up!!!

i want to go see 神木與瞳's showcase at the lunar!!! now all i need to do is get my hands on a pair of the showcase tickets. darnnnn. why is it so difficult to get the tickets. why cant i just swipe my visa and sign for a pair. still have to go and WIN the bloody tickets.

counting down to taiwan on 28 nov. yippeeeeee!!!! yes second trip in two years. i dont care. and this year im gonna go up to kaohsiung on that high speed train you see on the taiwan tourism ads. excited!!!!!

woots!!!! obama won the elections!!!!! im not exactly very into politics but i was hoping obama would win cos he seems like he would do a better job than mccain. ok i based that all on the obama's looks but hey, first impression counts! first impressions are super important. although kinda superficial but still!!! IMPORTANT!!!!! so congrats to obama and USA.

Halloween Night @ Zouk

in my rush to get to zouk earlier to escape the crowding madness outside, i forgot my digicam. i know, idiotic me. of all times to forget. so i didnt capture all the mayhem and craziness. most of the pics were captured on everyone else's phone cameras, so the quality was pretty sucky. sigh.

also to note, its very irritating to queue up like mad people fully dressed up in costumes and face make up and then sweat like a pig. and then when we finally reach the front of the queue, we're told that we are NOT in full costume (to their discretion) and have to pay entrance. wtf. then why do we spend money and time to dress up in the first place? spend money for the costume, spend money to take cab over cos i obviously cant take public transport with bat wings and a deranged looking dress, and then still have to spend money to get in?! sheeshhh!!!! and according to them, we are not FULLY DRESSED cos we got no headgear. HELLOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! not ALL costumes have headgear y'know. and for the record, i had this diamante jewel thingy in my hair. *grumbles* and anyway thanks to the humongous chaos, all my other friends who were OBVIOUSLY in full costumes had to pay to get in too. zouk should really do something abt crowd management.
