had my first mani/pedi and ktv session in sg after taiwan's. oh my, wat a huge difference in experience it was. sad to say, sg is hell compared to tw.

did mani/pedi at hollywood secrets @ paragon. i had high expectations from a mani/pedi place located in PARAGON. i was WRONG. i started off with yucky service. the recept at the place was located further in from the shop. so i bumped into one of the manicurists at the door, and approached her to ask where's the recept. no words exchanged. she just pointed her FINGER towards the recept. THATS ALL. wahlau, ok wat happened to CUSTOMER SERVICE, seriously. bad impression to start off with already. then everything else was downhill from there. i totally miss doing my nails at jolin's Oops!J. damnit. nver going back to HS to do my nails EVER!

after that, ktv-ed with di and val at partyworld last night after work. was hell tired but went anyhoos. first, the remote refused to cooperate. had to smack it on the table a few times before it worked. sound system - blah. food and drinks - blah. service - lagi blah. sigh, i miss taiwan. where we would have touch screen control panels, flat screen lcd tv, ktv scoring and our own attached toilet. and watever happened to sound proof rooms. the blaring screeching singing from all the rooms could be heard loud and clear in the cramped corridors. in taiwan ktv corridors, it was so silent i could hear my footsteps. and the most ironic bit, both ktvs were called PARTYWORLD. niceee. *rolls eyes*

cabbed home, to reach my house nauseous and woozy. it was like i wanted to puke, but couldnt. it was already v late, like 1am-ish. THEN, it was another ordeal again at home. dar wasnt too happy with me over certain things, i was just being idiotic and whiny. so, it was tears after that. slept at 2am-ish. woke up at 7. omg. my head feels like a hundred pounds now. my throat is beginning to hurt again, plus the phlegm is just plain irritating. my eyes hurt from all the rubbing last night, and this morning. and ive got a D&D later at Shangri La. NOT GOOD! and after D&D tonight, ive still got work tmr morning. FARK. got an audition tmr after work with di and val, but my throat is seemingly opposing to it already. might skip it if my throats not in good shape. this means i wont be having any sleep-all-you-want time until after work tmr.

this is bad.

our 1 year anniversary, day after tomorrow. booked a room at meritus mandarin. the only thing im looking forward to this whole week, some alone time with dar all to myself.
